My experience at Areen Airport Hotel was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, making me repeat my questions multiple times, which only added to my irritation. To make matters worse, I encountered several issues in my room, including a non-functional air conditioning remote and a broken safety lock, which made me feel unsafe. Additionally, the breakfast selection was severely lacking. there were few options available, and the cleanliness of the washroom was not up to standard.

Just a 10-minute drive to the airport makes it perfect for travelers. The underground parking was a thoughtful bonus, ensuring convenience during my stay.

I enjoyed the food served during Ramadan. the iftar and sahoor meals arrived hot and were delicious. The menu had a good balance and really impressed us. The room itself felt cozy, perfect for my family. However, the front desk interaction wasn't great. The staff seemed less engaging, and there was a communication barrier that made things a bit awkward. Despite that, the convenience of being near the airport was a plus for our short stay. I'd return for the tasty room service meals, but I hope for a more welcoming front desk experience next time.
